COMPUTER BOX courses are designed to work one-to-one. One tutor, one student. This way of working means that we can build knowledge step by careful step. Our goal is to get people from A to B quickly and effectively.

Computer Box tutors are highly qualified, they also have a wealth of commercial experience in projects that involve print and the web. Every study programme is written in-house. With each module comes a set of sheets. The sheet system builds into a personal workbook of ideas, methods and techniques.

Learning takes time to grow. We encourage students to study with us one lesson a week over a pattern of weeks. This gives people an opportunity to review, study, practice and prepare material in between lessons.

Our courses are designed to work straight out of the box. They are about laying foundation stones so that people can put themselves on a personal path to success. We aim to make the time that you spend with us a ground breaking educational journey…

INFORMATION

COMPUTER BOX began in 1987. Our foundations are built on a simple principle. We believe that once people have confidence, they begin to take control of their own learning.

At the start we billed ourselves as Brighton’s original Macintosh trainers. We taught design graduates how to work with Quark and Photoshop. A digital generation down the line, we now work with Web 2.0 publishing platform courses that we are beginning to skype teach across the world.

Over the years we have taught people from some of the largest companies in the country to some of the best new creative companies in Sussex…All the courses are taught one-to-one. One student, one tutor. It’s a unique way to study and a unique way to learn….Welcome to Computer Box, 23 years teaching creative professionals across Sussex and we’ve only just begun…
